The project is a condo-hotel for sale to mostly foreign clients. Lamisa ug Aparador’s work involved setting the theme through interior and furniture design based on the developers of Zen. Products are built to withstand the heavy traffic and usage of a hotel suite. All these were achieved within BUDGET of furnishing cost component for the condo-suite.
