LAMISA UG APARADOR TRADING SERVICES (LuA) is an offspring of Rattan Center International, Inc. (RCII) a firm engaged in manufacturing and export of fine quality furnishings for more than a quarter century. The LuA division was created to go back to where we began that is, to serve the local Philippine market.

OUR GENESIS STORY.

The 1970s marked the beginnings of a legacy when a local couple with two carpenters and a small shop made some custom built pieces for friends and local customers. This venture blossomed to lead us towards serving the export market while also continuing to serve the local clients that included subcontracting in large private and government projects.

There were rough journeys in between. We rode out through political and economic instability in the late 70s all the way to the early 80s in anticipation of a more stable future as well as to continue to provide livelihood for our craftsmen. We were only thankful that doorways kept opening to welcome our services.

Sometime in 1986, we were introduced to Laneventure of North Carolina that later became our largest and longest standing international partner. Markets from UK and Japan were also later introduced to us.

Today, we stand proud and strong, thankful for the rough years that have honed and rewarded us with enough to carry on the journey… with you.
